I’m involved with Crowned™ because I’ve walked the road many Christian women in leadership quietly walk — leading boldly in the boardroom while discerning deeply in prayer. As a former Chief Executive Officer and veteran, I know what it means to carry both responsibility and revelation — to be highly capable yet spiritually burdened to steward more than just profits or performance.
When I shared my story in the book Christian Entrepreneur: Discerning Your Path, I was finally able to name what I’d often felt but couldn’t always explain — the tension of being called, but not always seen. Leading, but rarely poured into. Speaking truth, but not always given the microphone.
Crowned™ was born from the same truth that guided my own leadership journey: that Christian women executives don’t need to “tone it down” or hide their faith to be effective. We can speak with power and still yield to the Spirit. We can lead companies and still be submitted to God’s voice.
This platform was built for women who are anointed, seasoned, and ready to pour faith into others through story, strategy, or subject matter expertise. Whether you're preaching, teaching, facilitating, or keynoting — your voice matters. And if God crowned you, no one can cancel you.

We connect spiritually grounded women in leadership to paid speaking opportunities, faith-based conferences, business events, retreats, anthologies, and magazine features. Speakers are selected based on their alignment with biblical values, demonstrated executive presence, and ability to pour faith into others through their story, insight, or subject matter expertise.
The platform manages marketing, speaker deal negotiation, and logistics to ensure every engagement is professional, profitable, and mission-aligned.
