Mission: Crowned Christian Women Executive™ unites Christian women executives to uplift one another in Christlike leadership while extending a global message to all Christian women leaders: lead in God-given power—you were never meant to lead alone.
Our mission extends beyond membership. Through our anthologies, conferences, Executive Tables, scholarships, and partnerships, Crowned helps Christian women leaders access community, coaching, and visibility—so they can lead with God-given power and never carry their assignment alone. Supporters help us sponsor seats, gift tickets, and expand the reach of Christlike leadership.

Our Story
Crowned Christian Women Executive was born from a simple but powerful belief: women who are chosen by God to lead in business should never have to walk that journey alone.
Our co-founder & COO, Trevina D. Jefferson, M.Ed, SSBB, SHRM-CP, spent years advising CEOs, building organizations from the ground up, and carrying the weight of operations so visionaries could focus on their calling. Along the way, she saw how often executive women—brilliant, faith-filled leaders—were left drained by constant demands, isolated in decision-making, and overlooked in traditional networks that did not reflect their values or their faith.
Crowned exists to change that.
We are more than a network. We are a high-touch global sisterhood of executive women who lead boldly in business and faithfully in life. Together, we create space for rest and renewal, we sharpen one another through Scripture-anchored leadership, and we open doors to opportunities—paid speaking, publishing, retreats, and conferences—that amplify the voices of women walking in Kingdom authority.

Crowned Circles
Crowned Circles are local chapters where our members gather for connection, rejuvenation, and faith-filled leadership. Each Circle is guided by a Crowned Chapter Leader—a member prayerfully selected from within our community for her proven commitment, integrity, and ability to nurture other executives in both business and faith.
Our Chapter Leaders set the tone of sisterhood in action, ensuring that every gathering is a space of encouragement, accountability, and Kingdom-centered growth.
