This platform is owned and operated by Trepson Management & Benefits, LLC, a Virginia-based company. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. This site is intended for women aged 18 or older who identify as Christian and demonstrate leadership, executive presence, or professional expertise. By using this site, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Speaker Applications
Submission of a speaker application does not guarantee selection or inclusion in the platform. All applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of Crowned™. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove speakers from the platform at any time, with or without notice.
6. Paid Engagements and Platform Fees
Speakers selected to join the platform may be offered paid speaking engagements. Crowned™ retains a 40% commission on all engagements it facilitates unless otherwise stated. Once the platform reaches specific growth benchmarks, the standard split may shift to 30% platform / 70% speaker. All financial terms will be outlined prior to confirmation of any engagement.
7. No Guarantees
Crowned™ makes no guarantees regarding the frequency, quality, or value of speaking engagements, publishing opportunities, or media exposure. Participation in the platform does not guarantee bookings, income, or press features.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Trepson Management & Benefits, LLC, Crowned™, or its representatives be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the site or your participation in the speaker platform.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected, used, and protected.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
